ABSTRACT
We considered before the necessary conditions of extremum for the functionals. Now we analyze additional problems of the functionals’ extremum theory. This is the sufficiency of extremum conditions, the solvability of extremum problems, the minimization of non-convex and non-smooth functionals, approximate methods of extremum theory, and some others.
