ABSTRACT
Several additional series topics are treated in this chapter. The first section addresses rearrangements and other alterations of infinite series. Absolutely convergent series can tolerate a wide variety of manipulations without a change of their convergence properties or the actual sum. Conditionally convergent series are much more delicate; careless rearrangements can change convergent series to divergent ones, or alter the sum when convergence is preserved.
