This chapter presents some insights about different roles people have during a change initiative. It provides some specific behaviors and recommended activities that help make change faster and easier. The Change Essentials Toolkit aims to support anyone leading or participating in a project making change. The Project Vision is a short, compelling elevator speech about the change initiative, its importance, and benefits to the organization and employees. The Stakeholder Circle is a visual way to identify each of the audiences impacted by the changes coming that helps groups know they are important and on your radar. The Meeting Invite is a simple Outlook Calendar template. The Timeline-High Level is a simple, high level view of the timeline for the change initiative. The Timeline-Mid Level provides a few more details for various audience groups, depending on their change experience. The Timeline-Key Activities is a detailed view of the activities or events that audience groups will experience.
