ABSTRACT

A lot of people are trigger-happy—they just want to be shooting/animating all the time because it makes them feel like they are being productive. The great majority of filmmakers do care what an audience thinks and tailors their approach to filmmaking to make a connection with the audience. Hyperbole or exaggeration and strong images can be used effectively in animation. The audience can understand the empathized point and not necessarily feel directly or personally targeted by the subject matter. This is true even in pixilation, the animation of humans, since the movement is unreal or unnatural. When the time-lapse camera is focused on human subjects or animals, then the effect can be a bit more humorous. Many directors and animators like to take their preproduction process. The alternative stop-motion techniques proceeded deeper into preproduction. Computer software programs can have support, technical, and capability limitations and may frustrate the more advanced stop-motion animator.
