ABSTRACT

This chapter talks about a story to show that the way children learn from fables or adults from fiction. While the story may be exaggerated or made up entirely, the lesson learned is very real. By looking at what it is not and taking away possibilities, managers are adding value to the discussion. When he/she has a disgruntled team member, and he/she removes the team member from the project, production may increase. Sometimes an employee can be toxic not only to the organization but also to the team he or she is leading. An employee's attitude will start to spread like cancer and infect everyone it touches. Not only does root-cause analysis work for project issues, but also for team member issues. The problem, more than likely, will not be as difficult as the team members make it seem.
