The traditional way of scouting player talent has come under fire in recent times. People are moving toward a mathematical approach in trying to determine who would fit best within their organization. Human resource management is an understudied, overlooked aspect of the project management field. The eye test is often used in the construction industry. Assumptions can be categorized under the traditional mindsets organizations that have. They have developed a road to success, and swaying from that path does not interest them. For a company that had endless resources, they did make that money by introducing contradicting approaches to the industry. It was involved in so many different aspects of the industry that if one was down, one would increase. Contingency reserves are built into every project for a reason. Companies need employees to have a goal throughout their tenure.
