ABSTRACT
The state administration has the tools to conduct and promote environmental-friendly industrial activities and technology policy, similar to that used in the field of energy efficiency. By analogy with the methodology for assessing the energy efficiency class (CEE), which uses an energy efficiency index (IEE) method in environmental sustainability index (IES) is used in the environmental sustainability of the building. Environmental sustainability index is a value composed of five different indices and has an estimated value integral. Environmental sustainability index of the building includes different component indices measuring environmental sustainability with certain weights. According to modern science, a thermodynamic system (TDS) is a set of bodies and energy fields exchanging energy and mass between each other. The technical progress of modern civilization is measured not only by the degree of life "energizing", human activity and the quality of power technologies, but also by the "depth" of the industrial stamp left on the planet.
