ABSTRACT
It’s in the nature of commercial software to update from time to time, and even as I write this I will have to deal with software updates of at least three of my key tools, which are known to update regularly. When I finish writing this, I will go back through it and change as many old images as I can to be as up-to-date as possible, but even then, by the time you read it there are likely to be many subtle differences in the layout and format, even sequences of some of the tools, especially visually. I also use at least two development machines: (1) home and (2) office with different versions of the main tools and multiple targets, so I fully expect a lot of images to be different to your basic first time setup.
