ABSTRACT
Until this point, we have focused mostly on the functional aspects of spreadsheets. In those situations where we’ve focused on the aesthetic elements, we have done so mostly for the purpose of making the spreadsheet easy to maintain. In short, we have approached spreadsheets as if they were a programming language: we treat each cell as a variable and each formula as code.
