ABSTRACT
This chapter covers indoor and outdoor air, explaining the categories of impact that might be addressed in a development proposal. Questions we consider include: How is information on these categories commonly presented? What should the reviewers know in looking at these plans? What standards and guidelines cover air quality? Air quality includes noxious fumes, particles and the like, but what else--is noise pollution covered under air quality? What about odors?
