ABSTRACT
A 48-year-old male presented with painless lymphadenopathy in the neck, groin and axillary lymph nodes. He has no weight loss, cough or night sweats, but has complained of being ‘run down’ for the past few weeks. Fine-needle aspiration cytology showed reactive follicular hyperplasia.
