ABSTRACT
A 63-year-old ex-smoker comes to your clinic complaining of dry cough and a general feeling of discomfort. He has also been experiencing shortness of breath, especially when exercising. On examination you notice clubbing of his fingers and bibasal inspiratory crepitations. You suspect he has pulmonary fibrosis.
