Leaders cannot achieve their missions by themselves; they must be able to delegate and coordinate the efforts of multiple groups to achieve the vision at hand. This chapter explores how leaders engender the trust and confidence to help their working groups become a community and work together to achieve shared goals together. Topics include how leaders become a type of GPS for their group; in that they recognize where their teams are and how they can help them to get to where they need to be.
