ABSTRACT
Successful leaders are able to recognize and leverage the varying skills and experiences different people bring to a challenge. This chapter explores the variety of roles and relationships that enable a team’s success. Different communications work styles are discussed to help teams foster collaborative group discussions that equip all members to share, comment, and adapt ideas.
