ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses the fingerprint-based attendance system. Fingerprint of each student will be first identified and stored. The fingerprint will be matched with the stored data to authenticate the presence of a student. The system comprises the Arduino Nano, power supply, and the fingerprint sensor. The fingerprint sensor can read different fingerprints and store in its flash memory.
