ABSTRACT
We use standard notation, where N denotes the set of nonnegative integers, R is the set of real numbers, R≥0 denotes the set of nonnegative real numbers, and C is the set of complex numbers. For convenience, the set of integers {1, . . . , n} is abbreviated by [n]. Frequently used notation can be found in the symbol description at the beginning of the book.
