ABSTRACT
Having been appointed as a Lean Change Agent, a person often struggles with which approach to follow to get the initial engagement going so that Lean practices are adopted for business improvement. Although we did discuss the pillars of “influence” in Chapter 7, we need to know what one should do in the early days of a Lean journey.
