ABSTRACT
We discussed installing a Lean team or Lean office in Chapter 11. However, the role and composition of this team should change as the implementation matures in the company. After a few years of deployment, it would not be wise to expect the Lean office to function in the same way as it did in the early years of the Lean journey.
