ABSTRACT

A project management model should be about delivering the product, not only managing it. It is necessary to understand the whole picture of a project, regardless of who does what work. The methodological approach reflects the foundation of a project life cycle, end to end, typically, but not necessarily, from the project owner's perspective. Understanding the difference between stage work and project life cycle is a vital distinction, because many practitioners may only have been exposed to a stage of a project. On most projects, the stakeholders will come from a variety of sources, internal and external. It was time to convert theory into action, and the Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects is the answer. The primary success factor for this model is its vitality to deal with the entire set of challenges, resulting in a comprehensive, simplified, practical, and straightforward methodological approach for the professional community.
