ABSTRACT

This chapter is concerned with two of the organizations and some of what they publish. It covers the third dimension of The Customizable and Adaptable Methodology for Managing Projects includes topics related to the associations. In 2015, International Project Management Association (IPMA) restructured the IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB) and published ICB 4.0, but this time the "I" in ICB was changed to represent Individual, not IPMA, and ICB 4.0 becomes the Individual Competence Baseline. While ISO and PMI offer the project management community processes, process groups, and subject areas, IPMA offers the community the competence elements to enable the successful completion of the projects' work. Green Project Management (GPM) is a relatively young organization with a specialized focus on sustainable project delivery. GPM advocates that as organizations work on a project, they consider the project impact on people and the planet, along with their prosperity considerations.
