ABSTRACT
Th is is one of the most important chapters in this book. It identifi es key elements needed to make the Turnaround successful. Many of these may be features beyond the scope of what is specifi ed in the Program Plan. Th ey have been found to be eff ective from years of experience successfully managing many diff erent programs and program saves by many diff erent program and project managers. Th ey facilitate strong forward progress during execution of the Turnaround Plan (new Program Plan) to save a program and minimize the need to redo what has already been successfully completed.
