ABSTRACT
A system is bounded-input bounded-output (BIBO) stable, if every bounded input results in a bounded output. The output of a stable system is kept within the admissible boundaries (Figure 5.1), whereas the output of an unstable system can, theoretically, increase to infinity (Figure 5.2).
