ABSTRACT
The rst chapter of this book described the technology needed to convert to the post-oil renewable energy economy. This chapter will show that the required know-how to integrate, operate, and optimize the needed processes and to build full-size renewable energy demonstration plants, which are needed to prove their feasibility, already exists. My goal here is to convince the engineering and scientic communities that it is time to stop writing articles and holding debates. The time has come to stop talking and to start building, so that we can establish the facts concerning the costs and feasibility of renewable energy demonstration plants.
