ABSTRACT
Like any important decision, the one to form a company needs to be thought out carefully and a series of questions should be answered. These include determining the structure, deciding where to incorporate, writing a business plan, and preparing a budget. Business structures were discussed in the previous chapter; in this chapter we will discuss how to write a business plan and prepare a budget, where to incorporate, and the process of incorporating.
