ABSTRACT
Selling, merging, or public offerings are not the only exits the nanotechnology entrepreneur may face. The company may have to close its doors for some reason. This reason could be bankruptcy, but companies close for other reasons too. This chapter will consider the situation of closing the company down and offer an alternative suggestion.
