ABSTRACT
The resultant of external forces and kinetic reactions acting on a stationary body is zero. A force can be measured either by the momentum or by the energy given to a body. This is another way of expressing or writing Newton second law. Also applied to the condition for equilibrium of an electromagnetic system.
