Documentation of Changes to Operating Procedures;
Documentation of Changes to Maintenance Procedures;
Docun~entation of Changes to InspectionJTesting Procedures;
Changes to PFDs, P&IDs;
Changes to Electrical Area Classifications;
Changes to Training/Communications;
Pre-Startup Inspection;
Duration, if Temporary Change;
Approvals & Authorizations.
