ABSTRACT
The urban question, in the limelight during the recent decades, is today at a crossroad. A United Nations report in 2014 speaks of more than 50% of the world population who lives now in the city. In the twenty-first century, environmental conditions of human being have become mostly urban and spread everywhere on the globe. The context of the contemporary city is new. It occurs through mechanisms and speeds that we barely start to know.
