ABSTRACT

In this chapter, the authors discuss the role and performance of Integrated Solution Modeling (ISM) in building information security literacy through a self-assessment process. They conducted comprehensive testing for RISC investigation and SP/SQ measurement for ISM itself. The chapter is to produce an analytical result from the case study to find out an organization's strategies, awareness, improvement and perspective associated with information security. Research Background discusses the field research setting, information security awareness, and participants. Respondents for this research were selectively chosen based on specific considerations and purpose. Research roadmap describes the size of respondents, procedures for data collection, techniques to analyze and derive the data for development of the framework and software, and also testing of the software in respondents' sites. The study went through the following stages: literature analysis, proposed framework based on literature study, developing a full version software, followed by testing of the software.
