ABSTRACT
Radiographic techniques for nondestructive evaluation are historically important since they provided the first opportunity for inspecting items for internal defects. From these beginnings, radiography has been expanded to where it now encompasses a variety of unique, versatile and very useful methods that are available to the NDE engineer in the quest to assure safe and efficient performance of operating systems.
