ABSTRACT
For designing an information system for urban planning, once given a preliminary list of data, there is a compromise in deciding between the cost and the quality of information, remembering that resolution is the more important key point. This third chapter presents a survey of the various techniques for data acquisition in order to develop any information system for urban planning.
