ABSTRACT
In our discussions of the analysis of data from designed experiments, we have considered a single set of data from each experiment. In practice, it would be extremely rare for only a single measurement to be recorded for each unit. Much more commonly, several measurements characterizing different aspects of the response of the units to the various treatments would be recorded and used together to summarize the effects of the different treatments.
