ABSTRACT
CU Fiat is a campus of four office buildings with four underground parking levels, commercial space on the ground floor and four office towers, in Tel Aviv, Israel. Buildings B, C and D have eight floors each, while Building A has five floors but is planned to expand to 15 floors in the future. Above-ground offices and retail space amount to 32,930 m2, while the four underground parking levels are 39,580 m2 (total built area 72,510 m2).
