ABSTRACT
Tidhar on the Park, Rosh Ha’ayin was a residential development of 1,036 apartments, located in the town of Rosh Ha’ayin, 25 km from the city of Tel Aviv, Israel. The project was part of a new neighbourhood development that would eventually comprise some 14,000 apartments. Tidhar acquired the rights to the project in March 2013 in partnership 185with a construction management firm called CPM. CPM held an option to buy the land but needed the capital to develop it.
