BIM in the big room

Co-location of designers in a common office space enables concurrent design and full exploitation of BIM tools. Cycle times for decisions are greatly shortened and the waste of negative iterations in design is reduced. Co-location with BIM in a “big room” is perhaps the easiest way to significantly reduce the overall duration of a construction project.
