ABSTRACT
Every once in a while, the stars align and there is a confluence of positive factors. This was the opportunity of the Rosh Ha’ayin project – a project of perfect size, a perfect team and perfect timing. Within four years from start to finish, Tidhar built 1,036 apartments, using all the tools they had acquired since the "Growing the Margin" initiative began: a full BIM modelling process, co-located design in a big room, production planning and control based on Lean principles, and more.
