Composites over the past years are proved to play an important role on the strengthening of existing structures especially under the prism of modern ductile regulations. Many investigations have been conducted considering the kind of composite used (GFRP, CFRP), the type of the added element (jacket, NSM rods, laminates, TRM) and above all its efficiency to enhance the response of the rehabilitated structural element made of reinforced concrete.
