ABSTRACT
Today, the fabrication of electric energy with the help of the wind force is getting more and more widespread. In 2014, the global power of installed WG sets in the world was 370 GW [1]; about 4% of all electric energy this year had been produced by WGs [2]. According to the forecast [1], the global WG power will reach about 666 GW in 2019.
