ABSTRACT
Nanoelectronics can be seen as an experimental science. Based on
quantum physical phenomena, researchers design nanoelectronic
components. Subsequently, they make the devices, measure them,
and interpret themeasurements. Knowing the electrical device char-
acteristics we, then, try to analyze and synthesize nanoelectronic
circuits and nanoelectronic systems.
