ABSTRACT

OCI Form A was sent out to 85 experts in organizational behavior for their ratings. These persons were actively engaged either in consultancy, research, or teaching in the field of organizational behavior/management. Confirmatory factor analysis takes an a priori research perspective to multivariate data analysis, that is, the pattern of interrelationships among the study constructs is specified and grounded in established theory, for example, Luhmann’s two-dimensional theory of trust. Data were collected from a large hospital using OCI Form A. A stratified random sample was drawn and responses of 1200 respondents on 116 items were collected. These responses were calculated using summated scoring method, and intercorrelations between 116 variables were calculated.
