To study whether perceived organizational climate is related to leadership effectiveness among the virtual workers of different organizations.

To examine the relationship of perceived organizational climate with self-efficacy among virtual workers of different organizations.

To find out whether perceived organizational climate is related to trust among virtual workers of different organizations.

To find out whether perceived organizational climate is related to job involvement among virtual workers in different organizations.

To find out the intercorrelation among the different criterion variables, that is, leadership effectiveness, self-efficacy, trust, and job involvement.

To find out the best predictors of leadership effectiveness, self-efficacy, trust, and job involvement with regard to perceived organizational climate.
