ABSTRACT
From the start, we noticed a need for training of U.S. Military personnel in effective methods of the investigation of criminal enterprises to target the adversaries in Iraq. The soldiers conducting raids to gather intelligence were not versed in the basic principles of criminal investigation or intelligence collection.
