ABSTRACT
Now we will review the project plan for the next five years with a heavy focus on the next month and year: what are the priorities? What is the sequence of activities? Who will do what? How and when will we measure performance? How will we remove obstacles to performance? Smithy has been at every high-level meeting since this thing started, and John, Bill, and Rory have been keeping him in the loop on anything he may have missed.
