ABSTRACT
I can’t really call these guys the analysis team anymore; they will of course continue to analyze and yet they are well into the business improvement stage. In truth, it would be most accurate to call them the continuous improvement team. We are all sitting round the table together in the corporate board room, John and me and sixteen heroes. James just popped in to say hi, drank a cup of coffee with us and as usual thanked the guys, shot the breeze, and left; it was as simple as that. John and I are just sitting among the folks talking about the weekend when Linda and Smithy pop in, completely uninvited.
