ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we address the possible SUSY dynamics onsetting CP violation in the kaon system , where it was first observed. This discovery resulted in the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1980 for its discoverers, Cronin and Fitch. As experimental data are consistent with SM predictions, this amounts to impose constraints on the MSSM parameter space.
