ABSTRACT
Now we deal with the era of inflation, which is believed to set the initial conditions for the Big Bang. Inflation is defined as an era during which aH = a˙ increases with time, corresponding to repulsive gravity. This is in contrast to the situation during the Big Bang when aH decreases with time corresponding to attractive gravity.
