ABSTRACT
In this chapter we will see how the era of observable inflation can generate the primordial curvature perturbation ζ, that exists at the beginning of the known history and is supposed to be the origin of all structure in the universe. We will also see how it generates a gravitational wave background, that may be observable in the future. I will use natural units and the slow-roll results of Chapter 18.
