After completing the chapter, students will be able to
Describe the role of engineers in changing the world and human life.
Develop a better understanding of employment outlooks of different engineering disciplines in local, regional, national, and global marketplaces.
Describe the knowledge, skills, and competencies required for a meaningful engineering career.
