ABSTRACT
Digitalization expedites a shift from intramural care toward seamless and even ubiquitous provision of services. The drivers for this transition consists of efforts to more cost-efficient care delivery, intelligent analysis of patient information, more scalable software delivery models, and new types of interaction between individuals and caregivers using modern technologies and online service platforms.
