ABSTRACT
Even before ancient Greece and the Roman Empire, different cultures have developed governance structures according to their social circumstances. As time passed, insider or outsider realities moved the pillars of those cultures toward new forms of organization, such as the tyranny or the republic. Many different forces, such as economy, technology, social changes, religion, and military threats, among others, led the change of these governance structures.
